In Our Community: Building Stronger Ties and Making a Difference Together

The Jaybro Group remains committed to engaging with the communities where we operate. We continue to support various organisations at the local, regional, and national levels across Australia actively. During the 2023 fiscal year, we sustained our support to a wide range of community groups such as high schools, local sporting groups, emergency services, and the Storm Academy.

Additionally, we contributed to Raise.org.au, a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of young people facing challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, and substance abuse. We also extended our support to Cathwest Innovation College, by providing innovative education and training opportunities.

Furthermore, we partnered with MIGAS, a company that offers apprenticeship and traineeship programs to young Australians, to support their initiatives aimed at providing education and job opportunities to young people across the country.

Reconciliation Action Plan; Reflect

The Jaybro Group Reflect RAP aims to make real change through constant and determined efforts. It is how we turn good intentions into national reconciliation action.

We are excited to take our first steps towards reconciliation. But we know we have a long path ahead. As we put this RAP into action, we commit to building stronger relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the wider Australian community in the areas we work in.

The Jaybro Group through partnerships with Indigenous communities and businesses strive to promote sustainable employment and career opportunities.

By celebrating Indigenous culture, we work towards creating an Australia where equal opportunities are afforded to all, and recognize the unique needs and characteristics of each community we serve, and are dedicated to building workplaces that reflect this diversity.

We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.

Jaybro Group sponsors young women in sports

We are a proud sponsorship of the local Red Belly Warriors U17 women's rugby league team. The Blacktown Red Belly Warriors U17's team is comprised of talented young women who have demonstrated their skills and determination on the field. By sponsoring the team, Jaybro is helping to provide opportunities for young women to participate in sports and achieve their goals.

In addition to sponsoring the team, Jaybro is also sponsoring one of their own employees, Marissa, who will be playing in the ITF Tag World Cup. Marissa is a talented athlete who has been selected to represent her country in this prestigious tournament. The sponsorship will help support Marissa's team with expenses as she prepares for the competition.
