Non-Drill post for Jersey Barrier

The Non-Drill Post Handrail System simply attaches to existing lifting anchors within your precast or cast in-situ concrete structure. It can be used as a temporary or permanent system on concrete barriers and sign posts.

A high quality post guardrail system, it attaches easily to existing 2.5 Tonne, 5 Tonne and 10 Tonne lifting anchors on precast jersey barriers. The post system can be used to erect anti gawk panels engineered for windy conditions, up to 3m high. The posts can also be used to secure other types of screens, hand rails, hoarding and road signs, and can be turned into a permanent hand rail. The Non-Drill system is suitable for RE walls, culvert cells, chain-wire fencing, bridge decks and parapets.

Easy to install:

Unscrew the clutch to approximately 120mm. Hold the post at an angle to connect clutch to lifting anchor. Move the post to an upright position. If connecting to a circular recess, on occasion the post may keep turning. A simple tip to avoid this is to place a pebble beside the clutch. Tighten post down clockwise. Hand-tight is sufficient for temporary handrails. Use stencil on bottom of post for extra tightening if required.
