The process for determining Australia's Best Workplaces™ relies on The Great Place To Work For All™ methodology. It includes the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey, which allows employees to anonymously offer both numeric and descriptive feedback regarding their workplace culture. This survey consists of 60 statements rated on a 5-point scale, along with two open-ended questions, together forming a comprehensive portrait of a workplace defined by trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
