Construction Fence Banners for Auckland Builders

Bellfield Estate is a greenfield residential development currently under construction near Auckland’s Papakura. Developers GYP Properties and builders Gateway Homes are developing over 500 homes in total across Bellfield Estate, including a mixture of 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses and terrace houses, plus custom homes with enclosed car parking.

Stage 1 of the master-planned community contains a parcel of 64 homes. The developers envisage the first buyers to be moving into their homes by the end of 2019.

In order to drum up interest and promote the architecturally designed residences, the project managers looked for an economical yet high-quality solution to advertise the new estate.

With a lengthy street frontage situated facing Opaheke Road, the perimeter fencing was an ideal spot to advertise the project.

The Solution

Jaybro supplied 150 metres of mesh fence banners to the builders, which was fixed to the temporary fencing around the area.

The banners featured the corporate colours and logo of the project and an artists’ representation of the finished homes. The project managers chose to print their phone number and web address on the mesh to encourage passers-by to seek more information.

Supplied as three 50m rolls, these lightweight mesh fence banners are easy to install on any type of site fencing. This premium fence fabric has 80% block out with reinforced strip welded or folded edge banding and eyelets every metre. This makes it easy to loop cable ties through both the mesh and the fence.

Premium printed fence banners measure 1.6m high and are constructed from tough UV treated polyester banner mesh. With a full-colour print applied to white fabric, any kind of designs are possible, from simple block printing through to elaborate photo-realistic prints.

Banner mesh is constructed with a thinly woven Nylon core, coated with a liquid state PVC. The PVC dries to form the mesh finish. This creates a strong and smooth base which gives a much higher quality finish than printed shadecloth.
