Jaybro offers a quick and easy in-house embroidery service for all your safety workwear branding requirements.
Your logo, staff names and designs can be applied by our in-house branding team providing an all-in-one service that saves you time and effort. Embroidery is suitable for most workwear garments such as jackets, shirts and pants.
Some of Australia’s biggest transport and infrastructure projects have taken advantage of our professional in-house embroidery service. For a polished look, smaller sized branding and a simple colour palette.

How to order embroidered workwear
- Let us know which items of clothing you are interested in - choose from a wide range of garments from our own Superior Safety range and those of our supply partners
- Send us your logo as an image file (or even a screenshot) and our team will create artwork for you at no additional cost Review and approve the quote and artwork
- You're good to go!

Embroidery Prices
Artwork Preparation and Setup:
Free with Jaybro, as a thank you for choosing us!
Embroidery cost:
Standard cost per garment is approximately $5.35+ gst for a single small to medium-sized logo. We’ll supply an accurate quote once we receive your logo and the size required.
Lead Time:
Please note lead time begins from the date of artwork approval. Please allow the current estimated turnaround timeframe on despatching printed clothing orders.
Embroidery Lead Times (Business Days)
Embroidery of garments:
Stocked items: 5 days
Buy-in items: 7 days
Screen printing of garments:
10 – 100 stocked garments: 5 days
100+ stocked garments: 11 days
Buy-in garments: 14 days
Printing hard hats with logos: 15 days
We will endeavour to meet these deadlines and where possible will despatch order earlier if your order is completed prior to this date.
Screen Printing on Workwear
Jaybro also offers screen printing as an additional option.
The price of screen printing is dependent on the number of colours and the number of units to be printed. The minimum quantity for screen printing is 10 units, however, screen printing is ideal for bulk orders, with cheaper prices available for larger quantities.
For an accurate quote, please get in contact our team and let us know your requirements.
A one-off set up fee applies to cover the production of the printing screen that is used to print your logo.
Please note that completely new artwork setups for screen printing require an additional 3 days lead time on all colours and quantities in addition to the ETAs quoted above.
