3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Purifying Kit

Lightweight, belt-mounted PAPR protection against dust, mists and fumes.

The 3M™ Versaflo™ PAPR respirator system is a versatile powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) kit for workers exposed to hazardous particulates, dust, mists and fumes. A battery-powered blower draws air through the filter and delivers it to the headtop. Workers breathe cleaner air without the effort of a negative-pressure mask.

Its slim, balanced design sits close to the body, so it stays comfortable through long shifts in tight workspaces. Paired with a compatible loose-fitting 3M Versaflo headtop, it also removes the need for face-fit testing.

Why choose the 3M Versaflo PAPR kit?

Lightweight and balanced
The slim profile is ergonomically designed to sit close to the body. This reduces snagging in confined areas and keeps wearers comfortable over a full shift.

Adjustable airflow with automatic compensation
Choose the airflow setting that suits the task and environment. As the filter loads with particulate, the unit automatically adjusts to keep air delivery steady.

Audible and visual safety alerts
Distinct alarms warn of low battery or reduced airflow, so workers know when to act before protection is compromised.

No fit-testing required
With a compatible loose-fitting 3M Versaflo headtop, you don’t need traditional face-fit testing. That makes onboarding faster and suits workers with facial hair or hard-to-fit face shapes.
