Metro Next Day
- Orders must be placed before 4:00pm
- Next business day delivery
Metro 4 Hour (Mon–Fri)
- Orders must be placed between 7:00am – 12:00pm for same day delivery
- Delivery within 4 hours
Metro Bulk Same Day
- Orders must be placed before 10:00am
- Same day delivery for eligible bulk orders
Metro VIP (Mon–Fri)
- 3 hour delivery service
- Orders must be placed between 7:00am – 3:00pm for same day VIP delivery
- Service is subject to transport vehicle availability
Metro Crane Freight (Mon–Fri)
- Next day delivery only
Regional Freight (Mon–Fri)
- Delivery timeframe is approximately 3–5 business days
- Freight charges vary depending on location and order weight
- Our Customer Service team will contact you after your order is placed with the freight cost
Click & Collect (Mon–Fri)
Select Pick Up during checkout and collect your items from your nominated distribution centre.
- Orders will be ready for collection approximately 1 hour after being placed
- Orders must be placed before 2:00pm for same day collection
- Collection times are between 7:00am – 5:00pm for Arndell Park (Sydney warehouse)
