The Zap Cap is a simple yet clever device to create a watertight connection for electrical cords. When extension cords are joined and used on site, the connection point is susceptible to water ingress causing a safety hazard.

From residential applications through to harsh construction site environments, the Zap Cap ensures a watertight seal for all electrical connections and devices and is critical to ensuring maximum safety in any wet environment.

The water tight seal is ideal for wet areas on site, such as areas where puddle suckers or pumps are being used. Power tools that are used with water such as concrete cutting tools or gurneys also present an electrical hazard that can be lessened with the Zap Cap.

The Zap Cap is IP66 rated and provides excellent protection against dust and water. It is Standards approved, meeting and exceeds the industry standard for maintaining a watertight seal when in use; as well as exceeding the industry standard for preventing unintentional disconnects, and preventing joint leads from separating.
