Stiffjoint is made from closed-cell polyethylene and is ideal for brickwork, isolation joints and hinge joints where a compressible low load transfer joint filler is required. Stiffjoint can also be used as a backing rod or bond breaker for sealants. At 2400 mm long and 10 mm thick this versatile joint flexes in hinge joints and easily compresses with excellent recovery. It can be easily cut and shaped on site and is avaialble in widths from 50 mm up to 1200 mm to suit a wide range of applications.
