Bullet head nails are an ideal all-purpose nail for trades, with a point and plain shank. The small bullet shaped head of these nails allows them to be nailed below the timber surface and filled with putty or similar after the nailing process is complete. Bullet head nails are suitable for framing, plank fixing and cabinetwork, formwork construction and more. When you are nailing bullet head nails into your timber, it is good practice to drive them straight and flush into the wood. This helps to avoid damaging the timber. These nails are generally used in hardwood, and the small head allows them to easily be punched below the surface.
