Fosroc Primer 13 is designed to be used in conjunction with Fosroc Sealants. Primer 13 is required when working with water immersed applications such as water tanks, sewage works and other applications where the joint will be exposed to moisture for lengthy periods. Primer 13 resists hydrolysis making it ideal for use in immersed applications.
