mastaTEX PaveTex is a mechanically bonded paving fabric made from needle punched 100% Polyester continuous filaments. PaveTex is a specially engineered geotextile for incorporation into Geotextile Reinforced Seals (GRS) in sprayed seal treatment (chip seals) applications and as an interlayer for asphalt overlay wearing surfaces.
The unique properties of the paveTEX optimises the absorption of bitumen to create an impervious barrier to the ingress of water into the pavement whilst providing a strain alleviating membrane, resulting in an improved and extended pavement life.
