Jaybro celebrates diversity with Harmony Week

We’re celebrating a rich and diverse workforce across all businesses in the Jaybro group.

Harmony Week is held in March each year to celebrate multiculturalism in Australia and promote inclusion and belonging. Nearly half of Australians were born overseas or have at least one parent who was, making our country an incredibly diverse nation.

Our shared values of respect, equality and freedom go beyond our different cultures and are part of what makes Jaybro such a great place to work.

With a diverse cultural makeup, our company’s 240 employees were encouraged to get involved in Harmony Week by wearing orange and promoting their culture through the great equaliser of food!

Our morning tea celebration ensured the team were able to try a huge range of dishes from many different cultures, sparking conversations and deep engagement with colleagues around our different backgrounds.

The message of respect and belonging can be lived by each of us, every day, not just during Harmony Week.
